At Juliana's Affordable Housing Solutions, we believe that everyone deserves access to affordable housing. Our company was founded on a deep connection to the struggles and importance of providing safe, stable, and affordable homes.
Growing up in Washington, D.C., our founder experienced firsthand the life-changing role that affordable housing can play in a family’s well-being. Raised by a single mother with a disability, they lived in affordable housing, which provided the family with a safe and supportive environment.
Driven by this personal journey, our founder made it their life’s mission to ensure that others in similar situations have access to the same opportunities. After working in public service for over a decade, the decision was made to invest in small apartment buildings and transform them into sustainable, affordable homes for underserved communities. The vision is to empower families, seniors, and vulnerable populations by offering housing that is safe, dignified, and environmentally sustainable.
